Customer Agreement

This Customer Agreement is made and entered into by and between Pompanette, LLC. and the individual or entity (collectively, the "Parties"). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the customization and purchase of a boat seat based on the Customer’s specifications as provided to the Company.

Terms and Conditions

All configurations submitted through this document are considered final and cannot be modified after submission. Pompanette, LLC. guarantees that the final product will match the specifications provided herein. Payment must be made in full before production begins. The Customer assumes responsibility for ensuring that the provided specifications are accurate. Pompanette, LLC. is not liable for errors due to inaccurate or incomplete specifications provided by the Customer. By signing below, the Customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
